The benchmark. The first offence. The jar that earned us the name. Hand-packed in a Kallio kitchen by Roosa, pH-tested twice, sealed by Roosa, signed by Ryan. We made eleven test batches before we let this one out of the cupboard.
It is dill-forward, balanced, with a long peppery finish. Eat it cold, straight from the jar, after a sauna, with rye bread, on cheddar, in a Bloody Mary, or — and we cannot stress this enough — on top of a slightly-too-good week.
